Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All products are designed, manufactured and shipped from our studio in Edmonton, Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location, please reach out so we can put together an estimate for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our products are made to order. Lead times are 4-6 weeks. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking number via email. If you need an expedited order, please contact us so we can help facilitate your request. We are a very small team so unforeseen delays can occur occasionally.

Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

  • Canada & USA: 5–10 business days
  • International: 15–30 business days
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $1000 CAD within Canada and the USA.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! Local pickup is available at our Edmonton studio. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready. Please note that regular production lead times still apply.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made to order, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a return is accepted, a 25% restocking fee will apply. All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact us at hello@tomnuk.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Damage claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damage in your email. If the damage occurred during shipping, you must retain all original packaging to be eligible for a claim.

TOMNUK is not responsible for damage due to:

  • Improper installation, assembly, or handling
  • Use in unsuitable environments.
  • Third-party accessories or components
  • Installation, removal, or re-installation costs

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

TOMNUK Inc. warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers products purchased from TOMNUK Inc. or an authorized retailer.

Fixtures are clearly labelled with maximum wattage ratings. Use of higher wattage than indicated voids the warranty.

To file a warranty claim:

  • Contact us within 10 business days of the issue.
  • Include photos and a description of the problem.
  • All shipping costs for inspection are the responsibility of the purchaser.

TOMNUK Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
  • Improper installation or handling
  • Environmental exposure
  • Normal wear or cosmetic variations due to the handmade nature of our products

Please note: Because our pieces are handmade, minor variations in size, color, and finish are expected and celebrated.

TOMNUK Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or material at any time.
